Wish there was a social international server

I play LoL to chill out, enjoy a game or two, and have fun. Experience is ruined by toxic players in normals and bot accounts in AI. Really keen to play PvP but I just cant be bothered with the hardcore competitiveness and insults and the massive queue times.
