Karma lux zyra morgana and annie are midlaners who went bot because of decent base damage and a bit of utility.
Every support that has seen solo lane play besides lulu has been nerfed to the ground.
Old raka was ruined because of this amd did not see play until her rework.
Its really about time these ap supports recieve sizeable nerfs to those base stats and buffs to scalings to get them back to midlane.

To be fair Morg was originally designed as an anti mage midlaner. She just became more useful babysitting people and getting allies that could potentially keep people inside her ult radius.
Because they do more damage than some mages might be one reason.Do you know how annoying sona is when she takes a quarter of your hp early game with 1q and 1 auto attack?God i hate sona.I said this before i watched the video btw I almost forgot about zyra, zyra destroys people with her burst, and the she has the plants that do nice damage Supports just do more damage than mages
