Mobile Version of League Displays

Are you guys considering making a mobile version of League displays? I would love it personally if we're able to access HD portraits through our phones to use as wallpapers or lockscreens. You guys can get creative with the mobile app and feature fan art etc and have the splash-arts used in the loading screen. What do you guys think? Another way would be to have the ability to crop from the original champion/skin art or something like that. Come on Riot, pls respond.
