Champion Concept: A Nikola Tesla Utility Mage

The idea for this champion came from wanting a relatively mobile ap champion who wasn’t an assassin, but more of a utility mage. I wanted to make an Ap champion that was encouraged to build health as well as ap and spend the fight in the middle of the battle dealing dps and helping his allies. Just wanted to post to kind of see what anyone else’s ideas or changes might be. The champion model would look like Tesla, a thin man with a mustache in a black suit who walks with one hand behind his back. His auto attack would be similar to that little bolt that Azir has.

Dr. Fotan (The Charge of Science) Professor and Researcher from Piltover Rivals Viktor, believes we are already adapted for the future and uses his knowledge to show you need not transform your body to harness the great power of technology.

Passive - Limitless Energy His cooldowns are reduced (1 second) for every champion affected by each ability

Q - Alternating Current Range: 425 Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds

Deals AOE dmg for 5 seconds [60/90/120/150/180 (+ 40% AP)per second] via a static charge in an area around him. He also gives himself and nearby allies a shield that absorbs damage equal to [30/50/70/90/110] (+ 10% Dr. Fotan’s Maximum Health)

W - Seismic Flux Range: 500 Cooldown: 8 seconds

Creates a platform under himself that knocks up enemy champions and increases the movement speed of allies that pass through it by (10/15/20/25/30 + 10 per every 100ap) and increases the attack speed of allies that pass through it by (1% Dr. Fotan’s maximum health as bonus %attack speed)

E - Telelocation Range: 600 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds

Active: Blinks to nearby location Passive: Range: 200 While on CD Enemies who are within an area are afflicted with X-Ray and their armor and magic resist are reduced by 5/10/15/20/30

R - Human Conductor Range 700 120/105/90 seconds (deals less dmg the farther from the center enemies are) Slow: 25/35/45% Damage: 150/225/300 + 20%ap

Acts as a human conductor and channels an enormous bolt of lightning through his body, dealing damage in an AEO and slowing all affected enemy champions while healing allies for 10% of his maximum health over 5 seconds.
