@Riot - Miren, Spirit of Peace

Before the creation of the universe, there was stillness - quiet reigned supreme in an empty reality. When the first stars began to erupt, that peacefulness receded, and kept on doing so until much of existence was anything but tranquil. The force behind the silence itself looked upon noise and chaos as blasphemy. What was not in the original universe has no place to exist, the force thought. Manifesting the intolerance of disrupting events, the Spirit of Peace gave itself a physical body on Runeterra, with the quest to regain the universe it lost.

Passive - Quiet - Being out of combat for five seconds grants Miren bonus ability power that fades slowly whilst in combat.

Q - Order - To restore order, Miren blinks to an enemy and places a hand on their head. Reactivating this ability will cause Miren to release his grip, causing magic damage to the enemy, who is stunned for the duration. Not reactivating this ability will cause Miren to pull the enemy towards his original position, only reaching about 3/4 the distance and dealing slightly less damage than the alternative.

W - Discord - Miren passively gains stacks of Discord when enemy champions use abilities near him. At any amount of stacks, to a maximum of ten, Miren can activate this ability to surround an enemy champion with a barrier, causing any ability they cast to reflect damage to themselves. The duration of the barrier will slightly be enhanced with each stack Miren gains. The target is untargetable during this effect.

E - Still - Miren attempts to still his enemy, with each consecutive auto attack on the same target slowing them progressively more to a maximum 40/45/55/65/75%. Passively, Miren's auto attacks deal bonus magic damage to slowed targets.

R - Hush - Miren instantly silences every champion, regardless of distance or team. At rank one, this ability will last on team mates and enemies the same amount of time, but at ranks two and three, team mates will be silenced for a shorter time.

Appearance : Miren should look tall and skinny with long white hair. He walks normally, except for during his Q, and the brief cast of his ultimate. HE should be wearing clothes made of energy. Make it happen.

• Could work in the mid lane, but has to build tanky or sustain since he has to go in.
