I was thinking there could be a Hex-Tactical Nuke set of skins for champions with a high ap ratio on their aoe ultimates. This could include Malphite, Ziggs, Annie, Blitzcrank, and Katarina. The common theme between the design of the skins would be a hextech military based design, whether cyborg or in military uniform, potentially even both.
Interesting proposition, but the thing is that a Nuke skin wouldn't work very well for all of those champs, with a clear example being Annie. Sure, she's like 9, but aside from that, if Tibbers was changed to look like a nuke, his walking around and AAing other units would be sorta strange. Plus, we already have the commando and battlecast skins for other champs which are pretty cool :D
