Heartseeker Viktor Skin Concept (Art + Technical Stuff)

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!

I'm here to showcase my re-remake of Heartseeker Viktor! (Yes, I know he just got a skin recently and all... But this re-remake was in my mind before there was any hint he'd be getting a new skin. Plus, Riot didn't choose him to be one of the new Valentine's Day skins this year, so...) I'll be leaving the link of all 3 concepts I created for Heartseeker Viktor to compare and see how much it improved! It's like an evolution, really!

Let's check out what would change in this skin!

"All the champions were invited to a ball in Valentine's Day. However, no one expected the Machine Herald to be there, nor to see him dressing and acting like a gentleman! There's definitely something behind the good manners and charming appearance... Tonight will be an unique night!" Skills:

Q - Siphon Power Viktor throws a cupid arrow on an enemy unit dealing magic damage, gaining a shield and empowering his next basic attack. Augment: Siphon Power's shield is increased by 60% and Viktor gains bonus Movement Speed after casting.

Bonus feature: when Viktor successfully uses Q and an empowered basic attack on the same enemy (not counting troops), the enemy hit will become charmed by Viktor and walk towards him for 1 second. This, however, does not work on enemies that (according to Riot) are already in a relationship with someone else. Examples: Ashe, Tryndamere, Xayah, Rakan...

W - Gravity Field Viktor conjures a field made of love letters that slows enemies in its radius. Enemies who stay within the field for too long are stunned. Augment: Enemies stunned by Gravity Field are dragged to the center.

E - Death Ray Viktor uses his robotic rose to fire a beam that cuts across the field in a line, dealing damage to all enemies in its path. Augment: An explosion follows the Death Ray's wake, dealing magic damage.

Bonus visual effect: a heart appears after the beam is fired, as if the line meant it was broken in half.

R - Chaos Storm Viktor conjures a broken heart on the field which deals magic damage, as if pouring on the enemies all of Viktor's disappointments and bad emotions, and interrupts enemy channels. The broken heart then periodically does magic damage to all nearby enemies. Viktor can redirect the heart. Augment: The Chaos Storm moves faster.

Voice Lines

_Idea: Viktor speaks more softly in this skin, like a man with good manners would do. Hinting at insults or compliments, just sometimes being a bit too direct (well, it's Viktor!). _ - Attacking "Inferior constructs." "They are obsolete." "Relinquish the flesh." "Dance... then improve!" "Their bodies are delicate." "Adapt or be removed."

- Movement "Metallic, yet delicate." "Metal is perfection." "With utmost efficiency and willingness." "Analyzing approach." "Embrace progress, tightly." "Roses are red, dead bodies are blue..." "...Realize the body weakness, and accept to improve." "Function over form, but I can make both perfect..." "All will soon change... between us..." "Submit to my charm."

- Taunts At any champion "Your face is burning. Wouldn't happen if it was made of steel." "Would you like to dance? Come closer..." "I can't give you my metallic rose... Would you accept a regular rose instead?" "Change flesh for metal, and you'll be truly perfect." At Jayce "...There's always room for improvement. (bursts into laughter)" "'Defender of Tomorrow'... (laughs)" "Evolve or you won't see tomorrow." At Orianna "Greetings, Doll of Clockwork... Oh, I mean 'Lady'." "Metal is perfection... You know that very well." "Dance to the rhythm of destruction!" At Blitzcrank "Glad to see you here, my invention. But calling you to dance would be weird."

This is all I've thought until now! I hope it's a satisfactory skin concept and people actually find this likeable...
