Hidden Message in Shen Champion Spotlight

Not sure which board this goes in, hopefully it's in the right one. Noticed this instantly, looked at comments and no-one seems to have noticed it, so i wanted to spread it around see if it could mean something or if it was just a joke by him. But he tells how taunts the enemy marksman under ult and says "blowing him up, -stantly". Does this have anything to do with or ? I'd like to know myself, thanks for reading.
