Descriptions on Icons

I would like to see Riot give little descriptions of an icon. Like give the icons a little flavor text for example if I need to wear an icon for a specific mission, when I go into the icon list and I hover an icon I think It would be cool to see "This icon was released during [Insert League Event Here]. This icon was achieved by [Insert Requirement for Completion Here]. This icon can be used to complete [Insert Quest that Requires Specific Icon] / This icon also gives visual changes when equipped during [Insert Specific Game Mode]". Think it would be cool for icon collectors like myself.
