Millard the Strong, The Bane of a Tavern Fight (Champion Concept)

DEG here! and before I introduce this concept, I would just like to point out that this is by any means, an extremely unrealistic idea, even though I love it dearly. Without further ado, I introduce Millard!

Millard the Strong, The Bane of a Tavern Fight Main Role: Bruiser Secondary Role: Tank

First some lore: "Millard is a man of action, courage, and booze! One night on a pub crawl, Millard got into a dangerous fight with a drunk summoner who threatened to kill the pub's owner. With his mighty elbow, he swiftly took out the summoner in one mighty blow, yet did not kill him. Millard says as he recounts the incident, 'I don't want the court of Demacia to punish me! I love this place and I ain't leaving it! Plus the man could've had a family... I could never do that to young children!' Millard decided to join the league to strengthen his fighting skills and find the summoner who owes him a nice cold one..."

Tl;dr Millard is a tavern fighter who believes in fighting the strong and pitying the weak.

Since I had two different ideas for passives, I decided to put them down below.

Passive 1: Millard never backs down in a fight! Millard gains buffs the longer he is in a fight depending on how long he is in it: Millard first gains AD and AP every 2 seconds in the fight until 10 seconds have passed, which he will than gain a shield that grows slowly.

Passive 2: Millard is no runner! Since Millard never needs to back down from a fight, Movement speed buffs and items have no affect on him, instead, they buff his max health (percentage scaling is lowered) He also cannot buy boots.

Now for the main abilities: Q: Lets chuck some... Stuff? Millard throws a bottle he found on the ground that deals 50/65/80/95/110 (75% AD/ 35% AP) OR 2%/3%/4%/5%/7% max health magical damage based on whichever is greater. Damage is given as a Damage over Time and is treated as one. Bottle is thrown in a straight line and is broken on the first enemy hit.

W:Millard likes Booze! Active: Millard grabs one of his secret cans from his secret supply and throws it onto an area of land causing enemies to Slip (Slip: those affected will move an additional 50 units after stopping and cannot use auto attacks or spells during that time. Hitting a wall causes them to be stunned for .5 seconds) The booze stays in a pool on the ground for 2/2.5/3/4/5 seconds. Passive: Loaded Bottle Millard puts the booze into the bottles he throws with his Q and applies a smaller area of booze that lasts for 1/1.25/1.5/2/2.5 Seconds, however, Enemies in this area of booze (when booze is first applied to the ground) take 50% of the damage dealt to the initial target (passive will not be applied if Q does not hit an enemy unit)

E: Millard's Elbow of justice! Millard charges with his elbow on his next auto attack gaining increased range and dashing to his target (think illoai W). The auto attack applies on hit affects and deals 10/20/30/50/75 increased damage (20% AD/50% AP) Passive: Millard Pities the Weak! Millard deals 150% additional damage to targets over 50% health with his Elbow of Justice! Targets under 30% health take 75% damage.

Ultimate: Start the Brawl! Millard charges a short distance and elbows the ground with a force so strong, the ground turns into... A bar?!?! WHAT?!??! (Bar explosion deals 50/75/100 True Damage (5/10/15% AP) Enemy champions inside the area has all of their abilities changed with a level 3/2/1 Q that scales 50% less. Allied champions are instead given a level 3/4/5 bottle that scales normally. Inside the zone, Millard keeps all of his abilities and is allowed to use his E on a .5 second CD for no cost and does not "Pity the Weak!" Champions can leave the zone but are silenced for .5 seconds, giving their abilities back. The zone lasts for 5/7.5/10 seconds.

Ideas for champion's personality

Joke: Millard acts as if he is sleeping (mumbled) "Wake me when the fight begins!" (stays asleep until he is commanded to move) "I'm up! I'm Up!"

Taunt: Millard puts up his fists and jabs the air "Come on! Lets settle this! Just you and me!" "Here comes the pain train! Choo Choo!"

Thus concludes My concept for Millard the Strong!

Update 1: Since I figure no one would want to read that mess above, here is a tl;dr of the abilities

Q: Projectile in a straight line, only affects with first target hit. Deals either flat damage or percentage health damage, whichever is bigger

W: A Circle of booze that makes enemies not want to move. Synergizes with Q allowing it to deal damage to more enemies and putting said circle.

E: Auto attack enhancement giving a vi ulti-esque dash. Deals more damage to high health targets, deals less to low health targets.

Ulti: Area of effect game changer.
