New champion Idea

My friend and I often come up with random champion idea's and today we came up with an idea that could be viable as a new champion. Before I get into the kit idea i'd like to say we have not come up with a name of the champion yet or a lore. But we have thought about a tank girl champion possibly from the void that could be a support or a tank Top/Jungler. The kit could include:

Void Imbuement

Passive - [Champion Name]'s void imbuement causes herself to become much durable the stronger she becomes, receiving [2% HP] armor and [1.5% HP] magic resist.

Void Lash

Q - [Champion Name] sends out a void lash, taking the nearest target, and pulling it to her dealing 10/30/50/80/100(.15 HP/.50 AD) damage. She also heals for 100% of the damage dealt to the enemy.

Sacrifice

W - [Champion Name] uses the power of her blood to shield an ally. She will shield for 100/150/200/250/300(+.25 HP) points of damage, this will decay over time and cost her 15/13/10/8/5% of her health, she cannot cast this under a certain amount of health.

Blood Boil/Blood Entanglement

E - Passive - Gain 20/25/30/35/45 AD and 15/20/25/30/40% attack speed

E - Active - Upon using her E, she will consume 30/50/70/90/110 of her own health to send a snare towards the enemy team, this will pass through minions until an enemy champion has been hit. Once hit, she will deal 60/80/120/160/200(.20 HP/.45 AD) damage, and the target will be snared for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Sacrifice R - With the blood power running through her veins, [Champion Name] may switch places with an ally, or an enemy. - Takes 25% of her health(all ranks)

Ally - Switch places with your ally and give yourself 25% damage reduction for 3 seconds, while taking all damage previously dealt in the last 5 seconds. Your ally will receiving a speed boost of 100% for 1/1.5/2 seconds and heal them [.075 HP]

Enemy - Switch places, dealing 100/200/300(.35 HP/1.0 AD)damage and snaring the target for .5/.75/1 seconds. [Champion Name] will have all damage reduced by 50%. If the enemy she has swapped with is killed, she will regain her health.
