i was looking through the league pics and saw the pool party picture. i noticed that the girl that you don't really get to see reminds me of 
. she has tattoos of bullets/missiles on her arm and her toenails are painted pink and blue, but alternating, because... well she likes chaos. what do you guys think?
This was actually a small teaser for Jinx before her release, so yes it is indeed Jinx (although the tattoos are on the wrong arm, but as I understand it 'mirroring' like that is easy to do between 3d and 2d art). Pool Party would be a great skin for her, I think it can be filed under "should do when they get around to it".
That arm is jinx's. But that splash was supposed to be a small hint to the new champion at the time (which turned out to be Jinx).
There are no pool party skins this year, so... maybe next time?
i think it would work well though. idk wat the missiles would be but pow pow would be a water gun (obviously) and her chompers would be these things
Aye it was a play on its self. Its a welcome party for jinx. Summer skins pool party new char jinx.. etc welcome to the party jinx.
