Ficra Fye-srah The Puppet Master 1.Dark 2.Mystery 3.Control

-Human -Female -Mage / Support -Noxus, though was born and raised in Zaun -Dark magic takes form in metallic strings -Silver hair, full black eyes, average height (about the height of lux) -Age : 27 -Lower member/ assassin of the Black Rose -Power hungry

Friends: Leblanc Elise Orianna

Foes: Lux Galio Garen Caitlyn Vi

There is a desire in people. A unquenchable lust for control. Whether that be control of their own lives, or others. It was this very thought that gave rise to Ficra. Her childhood was filled with toys and dolls of which she had control over, she dictated their lives. She had power. At a young age her magic started appearing. Magic flowed through her veins. This made Ficra a very valuable target for the twisted scientists of Zaun. Her father a scientist who specialized in replacing limbs with metal and machinery was one of those who sought her for her gifts. It was this fear and distrust of everyone, even her father, that made her strong. She moved to Noxus becoming a favored assassin due to her gifts. Her work made her known to the Black Rose who took her in. Ficra now resides in Noxus being one its favored assassins. “Life is short, take control of yours or someone else will.” -Ficra

Abilities-

Passive: Ficra's basic attacks create strings attaching her to her enemies applying stacks, after hitting 4 stacks the enemy is pulled a short distance towards Ficra. (think short pull as in kleds e pull)

Q- range: 850 cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana A skill shot much like an Elise cocoon that when hitting a target deals magic damage 80/120/160/200/240 based off of (+50% AP). The damage dealt converts into stacks which can be spent to heal either a chosen ally or Ficra.

W- range:925 cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Ficra uses dark energy to form a black wall which pushes enemies in an arc like targeted direction, (think of diana q, but pushes them if hit and larger hit box) if the enemies are pushed into terrain they are stunned and deals extra damage. If just hit deals 75/105/155/185/215 magic damage If pushed into terrian deals extra 35/55/75/95/115 magic damage. (think of extra damage when Leblanc sparks a sigil of malice) If pushed into terrains stuns for 1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2

E- range: 800 cost: 50/60/70/80/90/100 mana Ficra channeles her magic through nearby terrain, pulling the enemy to the terrain from which she channeled. (think camille hook shot but Ficra doesn't move and the second cast pulls the enemy to the place on the terrain from which she cast it) First cast: Ficra chooses a place on nearby terrain to channel from Second cast: Ficra casts out a skill shot in a chosen direction to pull enemies to the terrain dealing 65/95 /125/155/185 magic damage

R (up for change if it's deemed op) range:410 cost: 100 mana Ficra unleashes her full power, sending strings to pull up enemies with in a circular area leaving them vulnerable for 1.3/1.7/2.1 seconds and dealing 50/90/130 magic damage, the enemies are then thrown down and pushed away from the center of the area, if the enemies hit terrain they are stunned for /0.4/0.7/1.0/1.3/1.6 and take magic damage 90/150/210. During this period Ficra is unable to cast abilities, attack or move herself.

Her playstyle revolves around controlling the enemy. I thought along the lines of Riot has tried and sometimes succeeded in making champions from which play around terrain, i wanted to take that a bit further. Her combo would be cast E to bring them to terrain then cast W to deal the extra damage and stun them, during the stun hit them with your Q dealing the final damage and giving you stacks to heal. Her ult, or the one I thought of, gives her the CC and control that really makes you feel like you have control over your enemies.

I'm really open for thoughts and comments and I'd love to hear them.

Hullo, here's a champion concept contest you should definitely enter this in: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/TeRqTxRI-ccos-june-ccos-entry-time-enter-here

I'd also like to go through and review your concept with my personal opinions.

Lore: I really like this lore and how different it is. It contains a lot of great elements (like being slightly creepy) that contribute to a champion with a character deeper than surface-level. I could totally see her story could be expanded on even more into an intriguing, complex lore.

Passive: This passive is awesome. It really plays well into her character and is very original.

Q: I like the idea of a stacking Q on Ficra, I'm just wondering about the specifics, like at what rate would stacks be given, when would the healing occur, and how would the person getting (ally or Ficra) be chosen. Also, I think the Ability Power percentage addition may be a little high considering the move's base damage is already pretty impressive maxing at 240. I'd say maybe +50% AP instead of 75%?

W: I really like the idea of stunning enemies when they are knocked up against terrain. If used correctly, this move could create some really cool plays.

E: This one is a bit abstract but has great potential. How many strings (and how close together) do you think would come out of an area, and would strings come out of both sides or just the side Ficra is currently facing? Besides these unspecified aspects, this move is quiet genius. I could see a really nice E-W-Burst combo here.

R: This ult is really cool. I'm starting to see how Ficra's play-style is all about bending the enemy's position to your will so that either you or your teammates can destroy them while in shock. My one suggestion for the ult is that the strings deal a bit of magic damage themselves when they attach to the enemies, but Ficra is not allowed to attack, cast abilities, or move during this time (basically stunning herself).

This is because it would be a bit insane having Ficra be able to throw out all the damage she can while the enemies can't move or do much of anything. This would also make the ult much more teamfight based, so instead of it being a move that would allow Ficra to destroy an opponent or two of her liking, it would deem the enemies vulnerable to her allies and create probably multiple kills for the team. I see this move more of a teamfight winner/turnaround than a Talon ult.

Also, just to note something that I'm sure was just a mistake, the R has five upgrade paths instead of three, so just take out those 2nd and 4th upgrades.

This concept is really cool and I hope I helped a bit!
