Overwatch in LoL

Hey guys,

I would love to suggest that LoL needs something like Overwatch(maybe only for ranked) (CS:GO no the game overwatch) because this way toxic/trolling players will get banned or arent allowed to play ranked anymore or something like that (if found guilty of toxic behaviour etc.)

a quick explanation of overwatch:

Minimum requirements (250 hours of CS:GO and a minimum rank of gold nova I) Suggestion Lol requirements (300+ hours and platinum V or higher rank)

Overwatch is a feature in CS:GO where you can see the highlights of someone's game like him getting kills or die or being afk sometimes. the use of this feature is people who got reported (more as once) the replay(s) of their games will be saved and someone else can watch it and judge about it.

is this an idea?

the community once had the responisbility of the tribunal system. it didint work at all. it got abused(made people not get banned/get banned) like "oh i remember this guy, he sucked in my game. lets ban him" or "oh shit thats my friend, i dont wanna ban him"

with the automatic system peoples feelings wont taken into count. and it also reduced the ammount off "false bans" nowdays people nearly never get banned for no reason.
