Tahm Kench/Gamabunta
Had a great idea for Tahm Kench. One where he looks like Gamabunta from Naruto. His ult (R) can be a summoning justu when he reappears. His E ability can be chakra looking instead of a bubble/airshield

That's probably the most accurate as far as referencing goes when it comes to Tahm
I doubt it would happen though. Skin ideas with a direct reference (eg. Yellow Jacket Shen, Explorer Ezreal, Firefox Ahri) require enough ambiguity wiggle room (we're just painting Shen yellow, nothing wrong with that right?) before Riot would be willing to make it official. A skin directly based on a TV character with a distinct color palette and ninja ability moves would be a lot harder to get by the copyright radar.
