I believe Annie needs a skin that represents the little sisters from Bioshock 1 and 2. Annie has the design similiar to a little sister while tibbers summons out of a water vortex or something as a big daddy. This can go along with Nautilus being the Protaganist of the secod bioshock game. What do you guys think?

I would buy that skin so bad, and I hardly play Annie. It doesn't even need to be an overt Bioshock reference. I would imagine it being a 1350 Rp skin, since the models would likely change and fire effects are awkward on a water-themed skin.

Unfortunately, I highly doubt it will. Due to copyright, Riot would have to buy rights to use Bioshock stuff like that in their game.

already seems to be a reference to Bioshock if you ask me. I mean, the looks, the fact that he was fused with the suit, and even his role of a protector tank ( unless you are one of those attack speed weirdos, but I digress). A skin I really would like to see would be Big Sister Diana/Akali (I think there is a custom skin for Akali, but im not sure)

I have seen this idea so many times and I still love it. Anything remotely along the lines of this would be friggin' sweet. And a 1350 RP 
skin is long overdue. Wonder if they'd do anything for the death animation or custom lines? That is, if Riot ever makes it. ;-;
i was never a huge bioshock fan, however I do 100% agree this would be an AMAZING skin

One issue: BioShock is coppywrited to all shit, so this skin will NOT happen on legal basis in general. Sorry.
