Xayah and Rakan SG skins

Hi, I've recently heard that Xayah and Rakan maybe getting star guardian skins. I was wondering if maybe the team has considered making their skins legendary. Because me and many players think it would be a fantastic idea to have Xayah respond to Ahri when she says, "Your boyfriend called again." . Us players also think it would be a wonderful idea to have both Xayah and Rakan's mediums communicate to each other, much like Xayah and Rakan do in game.
