Season Started Summoner Icons

I always wanted a Summoner icon for the season I started. Or like an icon that was forever changing, like it adds a hash for every year you've played. I've thought of this for a long time, but never made a post out of it. I've asked a few friends about it, and they all said it would be a cool thing they'd buy. So there is my idea. I'm sure it been said before, but now I am saying it.
