Nair Bane,

**Abilities **

Passive- Venomous Marks: Skills and every fifth basic attack apply a marking. Markings will deal damage over time and those marked will receive additional true damage from Nair. Markings cap at 10.

Q- Viper Strike: Nair launches his snake arm towards an enemy. Dealing physical damage and applying a venomous mark to all enemies it passes through. Lower damage for each consecutive enemy hit in one strike.

W-Ascending Strike: Nair burrows momentarily becoming untargetable until he launches himself upwards from the ground, knocking up, slowing, and applying a Venomous mark to all enemies nearby. (no damage aside from the mark)

E- Venomous Enchantment: Passive: Nair himself takes 10 damage every 3 seconds but his Venomous Marksdeal an additional (1-3-3-5-7) more damage to enemies. Active: Nair's next basic attack is enchanted dealing true damage, applying two counters on the enemy struck and healing himself for the damage dealt.

R- Snake Devourer: Nair uses his snake hand to snare an enemy and throw himself onto them. He applies three venomous marks on strike and deals increasing damage based on the length he was thrown. (somewhere around Nocturne's ultimate ranges)

Lore

Nair Bane, a mishap of an experiment gone wrong in the void, roams the Earth with two souls to feed. His own, and the snake that embodies his left arm. He was promised a life of power and fortune, but didn't realize the cost he would be taking on. He now roams, stricken with sorrow as he tries to adjust to the new life he has taken on. After years of solitude living in the void, mastering the ways of his new found power, and befriending the new companion given to him by a strange fate. Nair Bane, and his snake hand, Sybil, roam the void taking out anyone in their way. He must feed the venom before it can feed off of him. Nair now only has one goal in life, Feed Sybil and live in peace with his new powers. Cross him, and you'll find yourself quickly devoured in the blink of an eye. This is the way of the snake.

Play Style and Tips

Nair is an assassin based fighter, who succeeds well in a solo lane or the jungle. With his Venomous Enchantment allowing him to sustain with heals, and his venom quickly clearing waves, Nair is a tough lane opponent but can be taken down by dodging his CC, and spiking him faster.

There is a lot more to a completed champion concept than what you have here. I apologize for being rude, but I am kind of a vindictive asshole. :/

After reading the kit, I thought he needs natural healing effects. In the Play Style and Tips section, you say, "With his Venomous Enchantment allowing him to sustain with heals," but the way I read that ability makes me think Nair, himself, loses life for additional damage to deal.

His lore does not make me think void. I think more of Shadow Isles or Zaun. I think it could be void if you gave us more details. For instance: Who experimented on him?
