i purchased a mystery skin chest and got annie in wonderland and i was wondering why i cannot see the skin in the shop is it extinct / rare?

This is a legacy skin, which means it's not always available, which is why it normally doesn't display in the shop.

quite happy i guess haha i didn't know if it was good or not , only started on monday bought 4150rp ,opened 2 mystery skin chests and got cotton tail teemo and then this annie skin

its a pretty awesome skin, the only problem is that its a legendary skin that is equivalent to a 750rp skin in terms of design, but you did save a lot of money in comparison to those who paid the 1820 for the new Tibbers model that is now on every skin of hers.
