NEW CLIENT ANTI CHEAT

add in anti cheat that disables the league client if other programs are running that could alter the league directories via player side as well as any other game formats or back ground programs that are in use like windows explorer, Java, flash and so on so people have to choose in playing league over runescape or something bigger like say wow, or cant have cheat engine or other possible programs open like a trainer executive, or packet editing software, theres too many cheaters in the game and they need to be either hung on a sign to scare other cheaters away or use a ban hammer and smash there fingers so they cant play. period
