Adding Old Event Rewards Into Back Into League

Hello! I justed wanted to insert a suggestion and also a request.

Leading up to the days of Tales From The Rift I was quite excited to get Little Devil Teemo and potentially other skins and accessories for I was unable to access league around Halloween last year but upon the arrival of this years Halloween event I was instead quite disappointed,

For the Little Devil Teemo icon I had also had I my eye was nowhere to be seen and after some digging around others where also like me and I even found responses from Riot employees saying that it wasn't available simply because it was an event reward

So that's where my suggestion comes in, I feel as if Riot should implement Legacy Icons, Wards etc. for people who couldn't get the rewards the first (and only) time, as for how you would sell them I believe putting them in the store for RP or implementing another currency such as tokens like you did with other events would be a better way to keep players happy and probably a lot more invested

I just had this idea in mind for a couple days and just needed somewhere to get it to Riot somehow so I thought this would be the best place.
