Volibear Skin Idea

I was looking back on some older champions and skins. After a while it came to mind, WHY ISN'T PANDA VOLIBEAR A THING? Am I the only one that thinks this would be interesting? After all, we have panda annie, cotton tail teemo, etc. Just an idea. Let me know what you think!
