Ruby Rose (RWBY) Champion Idea

Hey, just thought I'd share my idea for a champion that could be based of of Ruby Rose (wiki link attached) I find scythes to be really cool weapons, but noticed that there isn't a champion in LoL that uses one. (Karthus doesnt't count, he uses magic, not the scythe :P ) And who doesn't want a scythe that doubles as a high powered sniper rifle? If this idea we're to actually be turned into a champion (fingers crossed), I think some aspects of Caitlyn and Jayce could be used to portray her better. But at the same time not just taking those champions abilities and create something new. Let me know what you guys think!
