Rai, The Aspect of Creativity

I currently don't have any art of him yet but I already have some ability sets that fit. I got this idea from when Riot was trying to make an Ink character. It is a little off of what they were aiming for but it works. I was planning on him being a little kid. He would have mid length hair that is brown and messy. He would wear a white short sleeve button up with a light brown vest over it and has medium brown cargo shorts. He has different color blotches of paint on him. His weapon is a paint brush about the size of a sword.

I don't know what to do yet about the lore but I am willing to take some ideas.

His passive, Uninspired. Every 3rd hit on an enemy marks that enemy for 1 sec. The mark causes a slight decrease of attack speed on the enemy.

His Q, Paint Slash. Rai slashes his paint brush and throws paint in that direction he chooses. Kind of like Camille's W. Although it only does damage and has no affects.

His W, Multicolor Explosion. Rai places on orb of multiple hues on the ground after 1 sec it becomes invisible. If an enemy walks in a short area of it, it explodes and spreads paint on them. Dealing damage and granting a slow affect on them for 2 sec.

His E, Creative Spark. Rai draws a symbol on the ground that causes and area affect. If teammates walk in the area it grants them a boost in movement speed and health regeneration for 3 sec.

His R, Ultimate Creation Rai paints a warrior and summons it. The warrior stays up until it or Rai is killed. It stays in the lane that Rai is in. Rai can move different lanes and the warrior stays the original lane it was summoned in.

I really like the idea, but it seems like the kit you’ve made is a little counter intuitive. He has a Yorick ult, a jhin trap, a damage AOE and a supporting AOE. He has no real purpose in his kit and no built in synergies.

I have tons of ideas for this, but I’m on vacation so I’ll get back to you.
