We're dedicated to sharing League of Legends skin concepts from artist around the globe and providing latest news/behind-the-scenes information regarding the process. The entire team so far consist of: me!
I've tried to make browsing as easy as possible:

We've reached out to a majority of the 197 artist featured on our site and had an overwhelmingly positive response from them! Each artist has their website and social media featured on each of their designs, and we fully credit all artist to the best of our ability. We are human though, so if you notice any issues or have any concerns, feel free to contact us. We've even reached out to artist that have submitted artwork for the Polycount Riot contest and Riot China contest, so expect to see their work as those competitions finish up.

So why a website dedicated to this? S@20 does a great job covering upcoming PBE changes. Reddit does a great job with latest rumors/general news, and has become a melting pot of League of Legends content including skin concepts. For some reason, there doesn't exist a website dedicated to the art side of the game, which honestly confuses me considering a bulk of Riot's free to play model revolves around the beautiful artwork they release, etc. (Note: There is a website dedicated to user created 3d models of champion skins).
Riot has this forum for pitching champion and skin ideas/designs, but anyone who has browsed through the top post of the /r/leagueoflegends subreddit or has searched around the forum archives or this forum knows, attachments get broken quickly and get lost in the unorganized or overwhelming amount of content.
