Trade Hextech Chests for Key Fragments

Have you had 4 chests but no key fragments . Im just saying we should be able to craft hextech chests into key fragments to get more skins and champions. This might be a little far but since we can buy champion shards maybe we could get skin shards.

if you had mystery skin shards in the shop then rito would basicly give away skins for about 6800 IP and would loose a lot of money, unless of course u buy them w rp, but they still could loose some money

Ok yeah, I didn't think that was a great idea my main idea was the chests into key fragments
