New Champion Concept: Ravia- Sword of the Horde
Hi guys, this is my first time posting a champion idea so try not to be too judgemental :). (p.s. I won't be too specific about numbers, statistics, but I will try to include.) Please leave a comment about how you feel!
My concept is Ravia, a woman who seeks vengeance by using her small but powerful army of henchmen known as the Horde.
Ravia- Primary: Fighter Secondary: Assassin
Abilities: Passive- Swift Defeat Killing enemy champions increases Ravia's damage output towards towers, inhibitors and other structures by 10/15/20% for 2 minutes. Champion kills will refresh the buff if it is already present.
Q Ability- Ferstrike Ravia strikes an enemy from afar by extending the luster of her sword. The targeted enemy is damaged for 60/75/90/105/120 (+50% attack damage) and slowed for 25% movement speed for 1 second. Enemies caught in the middle will take 75% damage and will not be slowed. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Mana: 55/65/75/75/75
W Ability- Rapier Forme Ravia switches her heavy longsword for a sharp rapier, sacrificing 15% attack damage for 5/7/10/12/15% extra attack speed and +10 movement speed. While in this forme, Ravia deals 1.10/1.15/1.20/1.25/1.30 times extra damage to turrets. Cooldown: Sustained Mana: 10 per second
E Ability- Warrior's Might Ravia blasts the area around her with a circle of solid willpower, dealing damage to nearby enemies and gaining 15% movement speed for 3 seconds if she hits an enemy champion. If Ravia hits more than 2 champions, she will be freed of all slows placed on her. Damage - 85/105/125/145/165 (+35% Ability Power) Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Mana: 100/90/80/80/80
R Ability- Lord of the Horde Ravia calls upon her henchmen to fight for her. She summons 4/5/6 soldiers (fight like super minions) that prioritize turret-champion-monster-minion. They are summoned without delay and fight on as minions, meaning they do not follow or recall with Ravia. These soldiers can receive the Baron Nashor buff. Cooldown: 120/110/100 Mana: 100 on all levels
Lore (just ran through in my mind, sorry if its bad :)): Ravia was an ambitious, dauntless and determined young woman from Demacia, wanting to make herself known. However, it was her pride that made her reputation a notoriety. Ravia was a recruit in training at camp, and from the moment she walked onto the training grounds, she fell in love. Her instructor, Culo, stole Ravia's heart, and when she wanted something, she got it. So from that day forward, Ravia warmed up to Culo while also vigorously training until she was a battlefield prowess in order to impress her love. One day, Luxanna Crownguard came to the camp to inspect the members of the future Demacian military, and Culo could not help but fall in love, just as Ravia did for him. So on the same day, Culo decided to ask Lux for her hand in marriage. On his way to meet Lux, Ravia intercepted Culo with butterflies in her stomach. She asked Culo the same question he would have asked Lux, had he survived. Annoyed that Ravia was delaying his proposal, Culo said with utmost saltiness that he would never love Ravia while much more beautiful people like Lux lived, and then proceeded to walk away. So severely angered that her pride and dignity were destroyed Ravia was, that she turned around and stuck her blade straight through Culo's back, and into his cruel heart. Directly after the murder occured, Luxanna appeared and was shocked to see such a crime. She apprehended Ravia, and took her into judgement in front of the Demacian court. The jury decided to banish Ravia for her crime, and told her to never return to Demacia. Ravia left with a damaged heart, but also a burning hate. She vowed to destroy Lux for stealing her love away, and to do so, she believed she would need an army. So she snuck back into the Demacian camp to force the remaining, untrained recruits to join or die. Since then, she has joined the League of Legends with her now powerful army of former Demacian recruits, in hopes that she could confront Lux on the Fields of Justice and fight her in a battle where there will be even footing.

Extra Notes When Ravia and Lux are on opposite sides in battle, these taunts can be triggered. Ravia: "You banished me from Demacia. Now I'll banish you from life!" Lux: Instead of, "Banish the darkness!" she will say, "Banish the traitor!"
P.S. As a side note, the reason I chose the name Culo was because Culo means a** (in spanish and in French "Cul"), so this is my reasoning if it sounds weird.
