Arcade Yasuo or Zed?
There is one more spot for the arcade side, who are two mid laners that both in dire need of new skins?
Zed and Yasuo!

Vel'koz could also use one, maybe Malzahar but the top two imo is Yasuo and Zed.

Yas got Project Yasou last season, so I am doubting he is getting another skin anytime soon. I think I would rather see Boss Zed and an Arcade Lissandra/Syndra/Zyra, personally.

Actuall there is one spot on the "good side" yet three left on the "bad" side......so four in total.
The Arcade side is already very AD heavy with Riven, MF, and Hecarim. I can't see them adding an AD mid-laner after those 3, so I am thinking it would be an AP mid laner. I would be disappointed with a Zed or Yasuo anyways. It would be a complete waste of a good skin idea on someone with very limited particle opportunities for animations.
Arcade Vel'Koz. Just imagine it. I'd be pretty badass actually.
