Tareejen the Shape Shifting Sound Wizard

Tareejen: A shape shifting lion or beastly animal who has small spurts of damage. More damage amplifies in human form. He is a wizard as a human! He can connect abilities at a wide frontal cone range. His passive causes a collision with certain abilities just like like warwick's ult, jumps, and dashes. He procs a magic AOE of sparks when colliding with dashes and he gains a short duration of tenacity. He shape shifts into a human with his R ultimate. What it does to you, is it gains a significant amount of move speed. But at a defense decrease. There is a small chance that he can aoe fear everyone when shape shifting. He can auto proc certain items at a higher chance automatically when hit! In human form this chance increases. As a wizard he has sound amplification magic, he can push back enemies in a cone briefly! He has no real defensive abilities but his passives are what helps him survive
