Since she wants people to learn lessons, maybe she's a teacher. Since she wants to break bones, maybe she's a fighter. Since she doesn't like lectures, maybe she has a silence.
My guess is that she is an elder guru master of martial arts. Female Master Roshi.
Some people say it's too soon for a new champ... I say after Kindred, the next champ couldn't come soon enough.
I don't know about you guys but the new champion sounds like a mature lady to me. Not a man.
It hasn't even been a month since 
's release and Riot is already hinting at an upcoming champ. This is the exact way how Ekko was teased, but I wouldn't be surprised if it took them a while to release this intriguing character. According to the translation provided by YumaS2Astral (NA) and also the one on Surrender@20, it would appear this champion is some sort of teacher or master who specializes in some kind of martial art, this is why she is saying that she's not a big fan of talking, but rather of combat. Another idea that comes to mind is that he's a skeleton because of the way he expresses his idea of punishment, instead of threating with death, like most other champions in League, he threatened to break a bone, which is exactly what a skeleton-like creature would say. Keep in mind, that these are just my thought and opinion on what this select quote might mean, nothing has been officially confirmed by Riot ... yet.
I reckon it's gonna be another member of the zaun gang that VI, Jinx and Ekko were part of, the Ill part looks like the roman numerals for 3, and she sounds like she could have grown up having to fend for herself
So we think it's feminine and it talks about martial discipline, or learning things the hard way, it also has a filter over its base voice over, so it's not necessarily human (it could be a ghostly humanoid like kalista or something)
so is it a male of female, i thinks its a male champ, but people are saying it sounded liek female.
