City Ward skins

Hey Riot, I was wondering why there hasn't been any city/state themed ward skins yet.

I was thinking a there should be a ward skin related to all the major areas of Runeterra, such as Ionia, Demacia, Noxus, Zaun, Piltover, The Void, Shadow Isles, and Shurima (though I guess the sun Disc count for that?)
