My Rework Quest - Ashe

First and foremost, everything written here is subjective. Secondly, I would like to state that I am a firm believer that Riot should focus more on reworking existing champions (by rework I mean changing play style or skill set) to make them more appealing (like cass or xerath) rather than releasing new champions (we have 100+ champions, less than half are used competitively on a regular basis). Lastly, this isn't a full fledged idea... I just wanted to share it to put the discussion into limelight. Therefore, there will be no numbers, only descriptions (so that means I didn't think about balance all too much). Well that's enough of that, onto the rework.

Passive - works like the current passive , but slows everytime she crits in addition.

Q - skill shot with thin a hitbox (imagine nidalee, kalista), has a chance to crit, and works off of the passive.

W - imagine volley but with only 3 arrows and a tighter cone. Arrows create a small explosion upon impact or at the end of the skill causing a mini slow (explosion does no damage)

E - AoE skill shot, does no damage, Ashe gets increased attack range on enemies that are hit by the explosion.

R - skill shot, stuns and gives increased crit damage

As a final thought, there is a sort of identity and direction crisis as she is part skillshot, part AA with her E, but getting this rework would make me want to play Ashe again, it's engaging, yet kind of simplistic? Who knows. Add-on, feedback, or thought process on these ideas are welcome (not much thought process). I'll be doing more of these... I have many ideas.

Ashe doesn't even need a rework in the first place? I think it was Phreak who said a few months back that Ashe can be insanely powerful if put in the right hands.

The problem is, she is clearly outclassed, very few know of her potential utility and damage, and even a smaller percentage of those know how to use that potential. Remember, this is all in the context that Riot stop making new Champions so the idea is to rework existing champions to make them feel like new ones (in essence, making them a standard or pocket pick like Xerath). Also, I'm thinking on a competitive level (not on the actual rework, but on who to rework) since Riot does the same most of the time when balancing the game.
