Give Swain A Younger Looking Skin

Swain Skins are cool, yet we need a younger looking skin.
Bilgewater Swain Skin is ok, yet the out fit make him look like a clown.
I would like to sudgest a skin which is a mix of Swain's normal Swain skin's outfit and a much younger looking facial apperance. "Short hair would look better"
