New Yasuo Skin

Im thinking of a new yasuo skin named "dragonslayer Yasuo" with him having fiery effects like: his 3rd Q ability leaves a trail fire like shyvana's dragonform W ability (burnout) but shorter radius, his W (windwall) can be a big wall of flames instead of winds, his sweeping blade (E) can be normal because I dont think it needs any additional effects, and lastly his ult can make yasuo jump into the air with a fiery explosion and make him have glowing red wings when he's attacking his enemy in mid air!!! Yup, thats definitely a 3250 RP skin would buy. Any comments or suggestions for this possible skin??

Recall: Yasuo would swing his sword in a circle and quickly sheathe it. As the sword is sheathed, firey wings appear on Yasuo and slowly surround his body. The final second of recall shows Yasuo and a firey ghost of a dragon shoot straight up into the air. On the final second the dragon lets out a loud roar.

Yasuo's E could show his firey wings upon dashing towards an enemy.
