Also, Trist's first legendary is basically 520-worthy because of how old it is.
Well I guess Riot haven't found a good concept on her that would work as a Legendary skin. She has simple animation and therefore hard to adapt into some cool looking skins. Her Harrowing skin is really cool and anything cooler on Kata would be pretty hard to do, animation wise.
A lot of champions dont have legendary. Why should Kata get one before anyone else? Besides the fact you playing her
