New champion

This is a champion idea and I kinda want to see what the community thinks about it. Is it good?Bad? Overpowered? Lame? Feel free to give feedback. The champions name is lost to the ages, shrouded by the betrayal of his teacher and greatest companion. They shattered his blade before his very eyes within his last seconds of life leaving him. Death however rejected I'm and he rose gaining the name yurei ( based off the the Japanese folktales) He can not seek rest until he has claimed vengeance on the people who have done him wrong. (rough backstory gonna keep working on it).his sword would be shattered and the blade shards would dance around him resulting in his passive which would either a. Do a small portion of damage as long as a champion or minion is within said area and scale slightly with ad. His q would launch his blade shards in a straight line if it hits an enemy champ they imbed themselves dealing a small portion of damage and upon reactivation, would rip out and cause a small bleeding effect. His w would send the shards out in a line and root any champion hit for a short duration. Upon activation of his e the blade shards will race to defend yusei at all costs creating a small wall and absorb either one ability hit or would reduce/mitigate incoming basic attack damage for a short duration. For the ult the blade shards would snap together, reforming the blade, and either a. He gains tremendous speed and leaps out cutting through anyone in his path with a decent range and the return once again back to his original position. (I don't really have the drawing skills to illustrate this but imagine the length of a fully charged xerath q the tip of that would be where he'd end up first for a split second then leap back to the original position. ) B. He could dash multiple times (upon reactivation) damaging any enemies he pass through. C. (This one I came up with recently) his sword extends a great length and raises it high and after a short delay brings crashing down to the ground damaging any enemy caught in its path. Again. I like this idea a lot. I see potential in this character. I think it might be better if his passive was basically a blade reconstruction. As he roams, he gets stacks, and at 100 stacks, he reformes his blade, dealing crit on the next ability or aa to hit an enemy champion. Other than that, love it. Maybe his e can be this passive, or the one you described?

Honestly, The Yasuo's Brother part i wasnt crazy about. This seems like it would be a whole other champion entirely. Maybe like a champion Riven once ruled over in Noxus and he always tried to rival and over throw Riven. Now she's gone and is alone, even though he's the leader now he still feels challenged like he could lose his position, should riven ever decide to come back. He makes it his life goal to kill Riven and assume total control of the troops in Noxus. The runic blade was once a full blade but in a fight between... (random name I'm throwing out there) Chaul and Riven and the broken shards that he has floating around him are the broken bits from Rivens blade.

I'd have to see the abilities like drawn out because i have a hard time picturing it right now haha but instead of the full blade, just the half of the blade he broke from Rivens blade would form from the pieces. When I picture him i see a VERY deep red haired ranged champ. Not long haired just spiked up with green frosted tips (courtesy of Riven green aura lol just tying the two together in his art) a Cracked mask covering the top left half of his face. Due to the floating pieces he would weild an old archaic power from the ancient broken blade, keeping the blade bits nearby. To basic attack he will take a piece of the blade andd throw it at enemy champs like daggers. His E might be just to make a shield around him to block basic attacks through out the duration due to the attacks being blocked by the shards. Its like a barrier i guess..? Other than that I really like the abilities! :D
