Practice Tools? How about Practice Rules?

Everything I am about to suggest may be pretty far fetched, but it would most definitely expand League of Legends significantly.

Now with the new Practice Tool coming out soon, ideas flashed in my mind. Can I invite friends to the practice tool? Or What if I could change the actual rules of the game? I thought of a mode with friends where a host can pick and choose elements of the game, such as Baron or Dragon being present at all, the ability to start the game at level 18, or to give all players infinite gold. There would also have to be settings to make your game mode public or private, whichever you choose. People could host tournaments on Twitch with a mode like this, such as setting the time limit to 10 minutes and see who draws first blood. The fun and commotion of a mode such as this would only shove League of Legends to the top in ranking as being the best MOBA game out there.

If Riot had a feature like this, I would probably play League of Legends twice (if not three times) as often. It creates a way for all those people that aren't into competitive play to be able to relax with a group of friends (or strangers) with a fun custom game mode that they created themselves (even if the rules are made to the similarity of URF Mode).

What do you think?
