There is already a Cerberus type champion in the lore. His name is Cebotaru. He is one of the 6 remaining Darkin after the Twilight of the Gods story.
Considering the 4th Darkin is Varus's sister, Valeeva, she is a shoe in.
The 5th Darkin is Naganeka, she is a snake Darkin who's poison turned Cassiopeia into a demi-Ascended. Not sure how all that is gonna work.
That leaves Cebotaru, and since there are only 5 living Darkin, it looks like Cebotaru is going to be a zombie Darkin, and be guarding the Shadow Isles, much like Cerberus guards the gates of Hades.
