What about a "Pirate Lord" Zac skin? Give him an anchor tattoo on the left arm, a red compass attached to a wristband on his right arm, some clam diggers, boots, bare yet hairy chested with a straw hat and twirly eyebrows? After that we can follow up with a "Pirate Lord's Navigator" LeBlanc, "Pirate Lord's First Mate" Zyra, "Pirate Lord's Bodyguard" Yasuo and a "Pirate Lord's Cannoneer" Graves. We'll give LeBlanc pink hair and weather effects, Zyra can just make bodyparts wielding weapons such as a pistol or cutlass, We'll give Yasuo extremely cheesy quotes about becoming the best and give him a blue bandana/blue pants and a blue sash around his hips holding two other swords and finally give Graves a giant slingshot and a mask and quotes about coming from an island of cannoneers; lets call this "Cannoneer Island" or maybe make it isle.

While I'm pretty sure the above will never actually happen due to copyrights and the like inspiration and the "could be" are everywhere. If you feel you have an idea that could be a decent skin ask somebody to draw a splash concept for you to share or post your idea on the boards and see how it roles. I'm still thinking of a "Frost King" Zilean with a big crown and a "Colonel" Brand that has a blue military uniform and white gloves with a pentagram. Giving ideas that could possibly inspire action typically motivates people better than demanding without supporting.
