Pulsefire Ezreal And Ultimate Skins

Hi, I was just thinking that If you get an ultimate skin from hextech crafting you should be able to make it perm without spending 3000 orange essences, I just find it so disapointing when I get pulsfire ezreal from hextech and then I know i can make it perm for another 2 or 3 months.
