August Sales...

**Hello ! I wanna ask somebody about August schedule sales.I seen lots of sales especially for and and i think to take a skin too. So the sales are like now with 2 reduced champions and 2 reduced skins... You know the reduced skins and champions from the left side... , or the the whole list with reduced champions and skins is available for the whole month?And also i am from Romania.
