Phone Application

Does anyone believe that there should be an app for your phone that would allow you to see what the free champion rotation is? Or where you could see every champion, their abilities, and their skins like on your computer but instead of searching the champion every time you want to see them, they are organized on an app. Maybe this application could allow us to manage our RP and IP when we want. Where there would be a place that shows videos on how to get better, amazing plays, /all chat videos, worlds, and so on that are organized in a system that is easy to understand. Where announcements could be made and seen easily about things like when the seasons start or end, when worlds start, when problems occur, etc. Plus there could also be a place for mini games for reaction time, teleportation knowledge, flash skill, and many things like this to help us get better.
