New Keystone: Hextech Sonic Wave After standing still or channeling for 1.5 seconds, gain** Sonic Buildup**, once you start moving, release a Sonic Wave, Slowing enemies 10-25% (Based on Level) as well as, granting 25-40%(Based on Level)** bonus movement speed** which lasts for 1.5 seconds. Immobilizing crowd control resets this timer.

Fiddlesticks Gameplay Update: Basic Attack Range: 480 - 500 Passive: As the Crow Flies: Fiddlesticks' Basic Attacks bounce to 6 nearby enemy targets, dealing reduced damage to each target hit. Applies Dread to all targets hit. Dread reduces Enemy Magic Resist by 2-36* (Based on Level)

Q: Terrify: No Changes W: Drain: No Changes E: Dark Wind: Fiddlesticks Empowers his next Basic Attack, gaining 250 Range* and dealing 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+45% of ability power) bonus magic damage to each target and silencing every target it hits for the first time for 1.25 seconds. Dark Wind prioritizes enemies being Drained or ones it has not yet hit. Deals double damage to monsters. R: Crowstorm: No Changes

P*: 2-36 Magic Pen Per Level might be too high? I think most Champions have 42 MR @ 18 E*:Bonus 250 Range to Match the Range of the current spell on Live.

The keystone just sounds like a buff to fiddle in general.

Passive: Overall, I kinda like this change. As far as Jungle Fiddle is concerned, this would give fiddle another tool he can use in his early clears.

Mid or Support This could help out his ability to waveclear as this is imo one of Middlesticks key weaknesses. Also while not as strong as Dark Wind's current incarnation, this passive will still allow fiddle to harass his opponents via Minion Waves (Reduced Damage & Lack of Silence)

Terrify: This ability in it's current state is one of the things that makes Fiddle unfun to play against. Perhaps making it an AoE skill shot like Taric's Dazzle or tying his fear durarion to a special mechanic similar to Ryze's Rune Prision Root might be interesting.

Drain: One of Fiddlesticks signature attacks & quite honestly one of the only abilities besides Crowstorm I like as is.

Dark Wind: Dark Wind in it's current state is another thing about Fiddle alot of people hate.

Support/Mid With your version, Fiddle would actually have to put himself in harms way in order to get his Silence & Bonus damage off. In the supporting role, Fiddle won't be able to rely on the minions to harass you as much as he might not get the bonuses his E gives him. Same thing can be said about his midlane as well.

Jungle I don't see Fiddle being affected all that much in the Jungle as his E-AA would basically function the same way his current E works.

Crowstorm: Another Ability that I would rather see go unchanged. There's nothing wrong with it currently & is the other thing Fiddlesticks is best known for.

In conclusion, I like the idea if moving his E to his passive. However his Terrify does need some changes.

Aaaaand lane Fiddle got 5x more cancerous.

You can't leave his point and click fear and point and click drain and fucking massive AoE damage in there completely untouched and then just fucking move his E to his passive.

Fiddle's rework needs to either remove him from lanes forever or remove his E. He cannot have both and be healthy for the game.
