Champion skin idea, I want this skin even though i do not own the champ (hope riot see's this)

Azir should have a riot skin. his minions could have baton's and the spear could be a baton/tazer stick for azir. when azir ults his sheild men have riot sheilds with the riot symbol. the soldiers wearing riot gear dark blue and black color scheme, with some red and blue trim and for the siren sholder pads. the one thing i have not figured out in detail is azir tower passive (what it would look like) all i can think of is a giant riot fist atop something or combined with something and it shoots riot fists at the enemy. the skin has to be atleast a 1820 or more skin. as for recall and taunts have not thought any of that through. i would like to see some one make a good drawing with these ideas and in color. I would also like other people ideas and or improvements on my idea for the skin. comment please!
