Champion Concept- Whisper, the "Silent" Assassin

Whisper is an assassin whose kit revolves around silencing his enemies and getting bonuses for doing so.

Passive- Silenced enemies lose vision to Whisper, also each attack applies a "hush" stack. Enemies with 3 hush stacks are silenced for a short period of time.

Q- Silent Daggers- Whisper throws 3 daggers towards target location dealing AD damage and applying a stack of "hush" to all enemies hit.

W- Shadow Step- Whisper dashes to target enemy or ally. If enemy is silenced, this skill does a strong amount of AD damage

E- Deafen- After 10 seconds of not casting a skill, Whisper gains a stack into silence ever 3 seconds. At 10 stacks, whispers next attack will deal bonus damage as well as 3 stacks of "hush"

R- Break the silence- All enemies within 2000 who are silenced lose all vision (think nocturne), all enemies within 2000 who are silenced take AD damage from this skill as well as reset their silence counter to 3 seconds.
