R - Ult would be Fiddlesticks diving off a platform and performing a cannonball where he lands

• Seagulls would then flock around him

New particle effect for his basic attacks (noodleslinger)

Recall animation would have Fiddlesticks' seagulls gather around him/on him.

The general concept is a pool party theme for everyone's favourite scarecrow. :3 Fiddlesticks would don his always stylish duck floaty (it would be around his waist) and trusty pool noodle (as his weapon of course). He would be wearing sunglasses and be wearing the scarecrow equivalent of beach attire. This may include things such as board shorts/poncho of some kind.

I don't have any concept art for him, but I'm hoping that the somewhat vague descriptions are direction enough. :)
