Petunia: The Voltaic Conductor

**Overview: **Petunia is meant to be played as a mid/support mage, as such she has limited armor. She runs off of mana, but has a 3rd bar for her Residual Energy indicator. Her abilities are a bit lack luster, so you will need to do everything in your power to collect Residual Energy, which gives her abilities added effect and damage. Residual Energy falls like that of Thresh's souls with minion and champion kills, also using her abilities drops amounts of energy on the ground. When Petunia collects enough Residual Energy her next use of an ability will have an added effect. Petunia can gather up to 6 bars of Residual Energy, different abilities, cost different amounts of energy so knowing when to save and use your energy is crucial. By double tapping and ability button, the residual energy will be used.
Visuals: Petunia is kind of princess-y in her appearance. Above her head will form a storm cloud that grows bigger the more residual energy she has collected. All of her spells are based upon lightning effects, maybe with a pinkish purple effect. Uses a little lightning rod to perform abilities and basic attacks from a distance.
Concept Art: Hoping to find an inspired individual, that would work on the pay of admiration and lots virtual hugs. (possibly RP, if the money god smile upon me)

***The Unveiling *** Petunia, the support mage
Passive: Frictional Princess The more champions around Petunia, the greater ability power and attack speed she has.
Q: Electrical Surge Cooldown- 3 seconds Charges Petunia making her next basic attack do increased ability power as well as proc any on hit effects. Residual Effect- Changes the one target attack into a multi target ball of electicity upon hitting a target explodes and does aoe damage in a small radius.
W: Static Shield Cooldown- 8 seconds Duration of shield- 4 seconds Passive- very slight increased attack damage when close to another champion works on allies Shields a target, the shield reduces the damage taken by the target up to 30%, any damage the shield absorbs is then converted into Residual Energy. Residual Effect- the shield not only reduces damage taken, but reflects damage back to the enemy. any skill shot that hits the shield increases the targets movement speed by 10% for 1.5 seconds.
**E: **Resonating Pulse Cooldown- 20,18,16,14,12 seconds A channeled ability that increases its radius the longer it is charged. Petunia slows her movement speed to send a pulse of electricity through the ground to a target location. Upon release to target location, a small aoe around Petunia slows any enemies in its radius, then leaves of trail of electric pulses until it reaches its destination, where it forms another aoe of electrity that reveals champions. Residual Effect- the channeling increases its speed by 50% and both aoe's have increased radius.
R: Voltaic Conductor Cooldown- 150,135,120 Petunia Throws down a Galvanic rod in a target location, after .5 seconds an aoe lightning barrage strikes the area for 3.5 seconds. While in this zone Petunia, slowly gains residual energy The lightning bolts hit randomly in the radius and do increased damage, also in the radius electricity pulses through the enemies damaging them over time. Residual Effect- There are more lightning bolts, the first time struck the enemy becomes stunned for .75 seconds.
Just an idea I had along with her twin sister that when maxing an ability to max level gives her supreme knowledge of the ability increasing its damage and changing its effect. Let me know what you think. Thank you. - Kilar
