Champion Idea; Marl, The Cursed Survivor

My basic idea for this guy: A soldier who has been cursed with being a survivor in every confrontation that has came to Runeterra. Hes been fighting so long that he doesn't have friends or allies anymore, and his original home, now long forgotten, destroyed. He is cursed with immortality and he comes to the league in hopes that they can strip him of it,

  • Overall Demeanor: He doesn't want to fight anymore. He doesn't care for allies and enemies. All he wants is the end of his everlasting war, the end of his suffering and to finally rest with his lost comrades and family. Once he is in battle he doesn't stop, he fights until someone is dead, whether its him or the entire enemy force. That's his main curse is that he has a innate blood lust that he can never hold back once the fighting starts even cutting down allies that try to end the fight before he destroys them all. In other words, he ends conflicts but at the cost of everyone, not just one side or the other. Now onto the Abilities.

Primary Role: Top lane Bruiser

  • Abilities

PASSIVE: "Survivor" When Marl comes close the death he gains a stack of "Survivor", granting him additional stats. Stacks indefinitely. Each stack gives Marl (1.2.3)Attack Damage, (2,2.5,3)Health, (1,2,3)Armor and (1,2,3)Magic Resist. Dying reduces him to 1/4 stacks. Rounds down to nearest multiple of 10.

Q: "Thrust" lunges Marl to a Enemy Champion and stuns them for 1 second dealing 50/100/150/200/250(+35% Bonus AD) Physical Damage CD: 12/11/10/9/8

W: "Slash" Marl swings his swords in front of him hitting enemies in a wide cone dealing 75/125/175/250/300(+5% Bonus Health) Physical Damage CD: 8/7/6/5/4

E: "Challenger" Passive: Enemies that deal moderate to massive damage to Marl become marked and take bonus damage(15/25/35/45/55 no scaling) from Marl's Abilities

R: "Unending Conflict" Marl challenges an enemy Champion and locks into combat with them reducing their damage dealt to him by 25%, neither Marl or the enemy Champion can disengage until one of them falls. They cannot be cc'd or affected by any other Champion abilities. They pretty much auto attack each other until they die. CD: 320/260/200 seconds

So that's my idea i'd love some feedback and maybe, just maybe, if its popular enough Riot will make this guy real, its obviously needs more work like base stats and balancing but i feel that this is a good start.

Ult is kinda like a shitty legion commander ult. And I have some question about her kit, first can other units damage Marl and the ulted champ? Second what counts as massive damage for her E, is it a flat amount or a percentage? And finally what counts as near death for her passive?

Make his ult a ring that the target can't leave. the target can't be shielded, healed or revived by outside sources. it could last about 5/6/7 seconds and neither champion can be knocked out of it. if the caster leaves the ring it is canceled. enemy champion is silenced if he is not killed and the first second of the ult taunts the enemy. Just ideas.
