Refund Tokens

Is it just me or does it seem like we need more refund tokens? I think that we shouldn't get only 3 refund tokens, intsead, we should get 1 refund token every season. But then people might just save them until they've got HUNDREDS (Not hundreds but you know...) of refund tokens. But we should have 3 refund tokens at the max. That way you can use all of your refund tokens on the 450 champs 'cause we're noobs, but later find out you wasted them and make a new account, but no we won't do that if this happens.

Here it is summed up so you can actually remember it: Start with 3 refund tokens as usual Gain 1 refund token per-season 3 refund tokens at the max
